Our Service

Jobzlo provides a tool that analyzes job descriptions to identify potential "ghost jobs" - job postings that may not represent actual hiring opportunities. Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Ghost Job Analyzer uses pattern recognition and common indicators to estimate the probability that a job posting might be a ghost job. Results are based on our algorithm and should be used as one of many factors in your job search decisions.

Limitations

No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee the accuracy of our analysis. The Ghost Job Analyzer provides estimates based on patterns and indicators, but cannot definitively determine if a job is real or not.

Not Career Advice: Our service is not intended to provide career advice or replace professional judgment. You should use our tool as one of many resources in your job search.

No Employer Relationships: We have no relationship with employers or job posting platforms. Our analysis is independent and based solely on the text you provide.

Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithm or service
  • Not use automated means to access or use our service
  • Not use our service to harm others or for any illegal purpose
  • Not share job descriptions that contain confidential information

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Jobzlo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without our written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBZLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBZLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY, DURING THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
